Emily is a junior at Tufts University majoring in psychology, philosophy, and working towards a certificate in Ethics, Law, and Society. She plans on attending law school focused on international human rights and obtaining a PhD in psychology. She’s a member of the varsity fencing team and participates in numerous extracurricular activities outside of athletics. She’s an executive member of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee, a Senior Health Educator with Peer Health Exchange, and a peer leader for Strong Girls United.
Outside of academics, Emily enjoys boating, spending time with friends, and can usually be found somewhere near a beach. This is her first summer with WITNESS, and she’s found a passion for service and supporting the formerly incarcerated community. She believes that WITNESS’ work goes beyond transactional service and is truly focused on transforming the lives of every person we serve.
