R.I.S.E.

The R.I.S.E. Program (Readiness, Independence, Stability, Entrepreneur) is a cornerstone of WITNESS’s training efforts. The program will launch three trade-based training tracks: The Art of Tailoring, Baking and Pastry Arts, and Sewing Machine Technology. Each track will provide hands-on training by industry experts, preparing participants for sustainable careers through pre-apprenticeships, apprenticeships, and incubation opportunities. Participants will also gain essential business skills, including marketing, tax preparation, and digital literacy, ensuring they have the tools to succeed as entrepreneurs or skilled professionals.
