Jenna Boccher

Jenna Luisa Boccher is a second-year student at the University of Pennsylvania with a major in International Relations and a double minor in Latinx Studies and Gender, Sexuality, and Women's Studies. Jenna has a deep passion for community-based organizing and empowering the people to regain their agency to make change. Empowered by her previous experiences in non-profits, Jenna hopes to make an impact at Witness to Mass Incarceration as a Development Intern. In their free time, Jenna enjoys going hiking, making art, and talking to as many people as possible. Querer es poder!
