Isabel Birge

Isabel is a sophomore at Smith College majoring in English Language and Literature. Originally from Weston, CT, she is passionate about storytelling and elevating the narratives of women and LGBTQ+ folks and increasing our collective awareness of intersectionality. Isabel has worked on the Editorial Board of Smith’s independent, student-run newspaper since her first semester. She is excited to apply her skills in writing and journalism at WITNESS.
