Esther is passionate about social and criminal justice. She volunteers at San Quentin Prison where she has witness first-hand the importance and value in education and rehabilitative programs in prisons to reduce the rate of recidivism and break the cycle of violence and crime suffered by those who have been and are vulnerable to our punitive system. She is excited to join the team and be part of an initiative fighting against the injustices of mass incarceration.
