Amanda Harlan is a Korean American who attends and works at Clark College's Workforce Education Services Department in Vancouver, WA. She is currently Co-President of the Justice Impacted Club and a committee member on the Supporting Students Experiencing Homelessness committee (SSEH). In addition, Amanda works as a Housing Program Coordinator. She links underserved students experiencing housing insecurity to resources in the local community. Amanda is an advocate for Restorative Justice, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), and advocating and empowering underserved communities. Lastly, Amanda has been directly justice impacted and has lived life experience with substance abuse and recovery.
