Parker Garlough

Parker Garlough (they/them), a journalism student at Emerson College, is incredibly excited to contribute to the mission of Witness to Mass Incarceration. They hope to make a difference by shedding light on the deeply embedded injustices of the prison system, and telling stories about the catastrophic effect it can have on people’s lives.
