Koki Ogawa

Koki is a sophomore at Princeton University planning to major in anthropology with a minor in gender and sexuality studies and certificates in Asian American studies, and politics. Outside of class, Koki is an attorney for Princeton Mock Trial, an editor for the Princeton Legal Journal, and co-leader of Project Solidarity under Students for Prison Education, Abolishment, and Reform. She is particularly passionate about women’s rights issues in the carceral system and hopes to work in impact litigation. Koki is originally from Kyoto, Japan and enjoys hiking and playing basketball with her younger brother when she’s back home. She hopes to make a positive impact with WITNESS through non-institutional forms of advocacy.
