Ellie Weber

Ellie is a rising sophomore at Colgate University, intending to major in Political Science and minor in English. She was born and raised on the Upper West Side in New York. After working at the newspaper at Colgate, she has an interest in journalism and writing. She is also interested in public policy aiming for social justice. She is looking forward to helping share formerly incarcerated people’s stories with Witness this summer. She is hoping to become more knowledgeable about the criminal justice system and what actions we can take to reform it.
