Xiaoyue Peng

Xiaoyue Peng is a second year student in University of California San Deigo with a joint major in mathematics and economics. Xiaoyue is a student who devoted herself in helping the most vulnerable people in the society with past experiences of helping the elderly people who can’t use phones and the intellectually disabled people. Xiaoyue joins the team of economic development in Witness to Mass Incarceration to help the marginalized people go back to society and survive. Xiaoyue loves traveling, playing music and meeting different people.
